Rio Grande City Regulations

Rio Grande City lacks a local STR ordinance, so STRs are permitted citywide under state law and county taxes; the only routine requirements are state/local hotel occupancy tax registration and a free Texas Sales Tax Permit, keeping costs and complexity modest with no explicit caps or inspections—only uncertainty over future local rules.
