Marina Regulations

Marina explicitly allows STRs in owner-occupied primary residences (single-family/duplex), with a straightforward online permit process and moderate fees (~$160 + ~$115 renewal), standard 14% TOT, and reasonable occupancy limits—no citywide cap on number of permits. The main constraints are the owner-occupancy requirement (limits investor scalability) and annual permit renewal/ownership transfer rules, but compliance is clear and manageable.
