Generally Investor friendly
Short-term rentals are explicitly permitted in ADUs and generally allowed under zoning, with moderate permitting via state licensing, insurance, and taxes. However, conflicting local licensing information and the county’s ongoing policy revision introduce uncertainty that could raise costs and add caps later.
