Bellevue Regulations

Bellevue's STR regulations are technically legal but highly constrained with strict caps (5 units per building, 20% of total units), prohibitions on entire single-family homes, and limited zoning allowances. The compliance burden includes multiple permits, owner-occupancy requirements, and complex operational rules that significantly limit viable investment opportunities while requiring substantial regulatory navigation.
