STRs are permitted citywide under general zoning without caps, but require standard business licensing (city and county) and tax registrations (state sales tax, local sales tax, and business tax). Occupancy tax applicability remains unclear, adding compliance risk, yet the process is manageable with no dedicated STR permits or excessive restrictions.
