Germantown Regulations

Germantown permits short‑term rentals without a restrictive local ordinance, but investors must secure separate city, county and state business licenses, carry $500,000 liability insurance, and follow state occupancy caps (12 guests max). The moderate permitting and compliance steps keep the burden manageable while still imposing some operational limits.
