Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are explicitly allowed citywide with no caps or dedicated STR prohibitions; investors only need the standard business privilege license (at the max state‑allowed rate), basic fire and building‑code compliance, and state/county occupancy taxes—moderate but predictable costs and known process.
