Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are permitted citywide via a two‑year, non‑transferable permit with moderate steps (application, inspection, safety upgrades) and clear operational standards; limits such as 12‑person max and 1 parking/bedroom are present but manageable for typical housing stock. Enforcement is structured with corrective windows and defined revocation grounds, preserving investment viability while requiring disciplined compliance.
