Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are explicitly permitted with county registration (not a full town permit) and defined operational and safety rules. Compliance requires a paid inspection and detailed documentation, while occupancy and parking limits add caps; costs are moderate and enforcement is predictable, keeping risk manageable for investors.
