Wayne Regulations

STRs are clearly permitted citywide with no local STR permit; only standard state registrations (Sales Tax Certificate and quarterly Room/Occupancy Tax) and general safety/insurance compliance are required. The lack of caps, fees, inspections or local licensing, plus the supportive tone, make Wayne very investor‑friendly.
