Manasquan explicitly permits short‑term rentals citywide and runs a straightforward permitting program: online application, inspection within 10 days, and a 3‑year permit (with separate seasonal permits), no cap, and a supportive municipal tone. Compliance is predictable (valid CO/Habitability, local contact, tax remittance) and enforcement is active but consistent.
