Allowed through B&B regulations across many zoning districts with no dedicated STR license—only zoning permits, county building inspections, and occasional special use approvals; modest cap (≤6 guest rooms, 15‑day stays) and standard business registration keep costs manageable; established zoning process provides predictable compliance though planning board approvals can add time.
