Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are clearly permitted under Montana's public accommodation rules (annual license, inspections, guest registers) and state lodging taxes, which Airbnb typically handles. The city itself has no explicit STR caps or prohibitions, but variable Glacier County requirements (permits, taxes, inspections, tribal jurisdiction) add uncertainty and verification costs, elevating investor risk.
