Generally Investor friendly
STRs are generally permissible since no local ban or caps were identified; compliance hinges on standard zoning, health/safety codes, and basic state/federal tax obligations. While the lack of specific local rules creates some uncertainty, it avoids heavy fees, complex permits, or restrictive caps—making investment viable with straightforward, low-cost compliance.
