STRs are explicitly allowed with a straightforward, documented path—dual city licensing (Residential Rental License + possible Business License), a post‑inspection Certificate of Compliance, and state/local tax registration—without hard caps or complex occupancy rules; the city’s supportive guidance and known enforcement make it moderately manageable rather than prohibitive.
