Challenging to Investors

Woburn Regulations

Woburn lacks specific short-term rental ordinances, forcing STRs to fit into existing lodging categories (hotel/inn or boarding house) with complex permitting requirements including special permits, site plan reviews, and extensive documentation. This legal uncertainty and classification challenges create enforcement risks and significant compliance burdens that deter investment.
