Generally Investor friendly
Framingham allows short‑term rentals with no local caps or citywide bans and has not added restrictive local rules, offering a low‑regulation, supportive environment. Investors must meet state requirements—annual registration, state/local taxes, and $1M liability coverage—plus zoning compliance, which keeps it friendly but not fully permissive.
