Georgetown Regulations

STRs are clearly permitted citywide with an annual registration and general business license. Costs and operational rules—occupancy caps, 24/7 contact, posted safety info, and potential inspections—are moderate and predictable without restrictive caps or limited zones. The city’s supportive tone and clear steps indicate a known, manageable compliance process.
