Generally Investor friendly
Nauvoo clearly permits STRs citywide where zoning allows and promotes a supportive “Nauvoo Certified Vacation Rentals” program. Licensing is straightforward—business license with an annual inspection, state tax registration, and hotel/motel tax remittance—creating a moderate but manageable compliance burden with no stated caps or quotas.
