Short‑term rentals are permitted citywide with no cap, but operators must secure a city business license, register for state sales tax, pay the $5‑per‑night hotel/motel fee (plus any local tax), obtain appropriate insurance, and pass basic fire‑safety inspections—steps that add moderate permitting costs and compliance complexity without heavy restrictions.
