Challenging to Investors
Oviedo lacks explicit STR regulations, creating legal uncertainty that forces investors to navigate complex zoning and HOA restrictions without clear city guidance. The absence of permitting processes means compliance relies heavily on property-specific factors, with significant financial and legal risks from potential violations.
