Generally Investor friendly
STRs are explicitly allowed with a simple $150 business license and standard tax registration, but require zoning verification, safety/inspection steps, and record‑keeping; fines up to $500 and active enforcement are moderate, and the city’s supportive tone and lack of caps keep compliance manageable.
