Challenging to Investors
STRs are prohibited inside the Town of Parker and only possible in limited pockets of unincorporated Douglas County if zoning and PD/HOA rules allow, with moderate fees ($500–$270 review + $130 license), inspections, parking/occupancy constraints, and one STR per lot—raising compliance complexity and limiting viable inventory.
