Rancho Cucamonga Regulations

STRs are explicitly allowed with a clear, online permitting process and moderate fees ($201), but the primary‑residence requirement and the 90‑day annual cap for un‑hosted stays introduce operational constraints. The city’s active enforcement and safety inspections elevate compliance effort, yet remain manageable, placing the regime in the friendly category for investors.
