STRs are permitted countywide and the path—TOT certificate, zoning check, business license when required, and safety compliance—is straightforward with moderate costs and quarterly remittance. However, zoning capacity limits, potential business licensing, active enforcement with penalties, and evolving 2025 ordinance updates add caps/operational constraints that raise risk beyond fully permissive A-level frameworks.
