Dublin only allows short-term rentals via a hosted Bed & Breakfast requiring a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) with a public hearing and ongoing compliance; ADU/JADU STRs are prohibited. No B&Bs have been approved, creating regulatory uncertainty and high compliance costs.
