Short-term rentals are allowed as bed-and-breakfasts; permitted by-right in the commercial zone, but requiring conditional use permits in residential/agricultural zones. The process involves a pre-application meeting, staff review, and public hearings with development standards (parking, setbacks, landscaping) and a business license, but there are no explicit caps and the tone is supportive.
