Searcy Regulations

STRs are clearly permitted citywide (except industrial) with moderate, transparent steps: $25 annual city license plus A&P permit, 3% lodging tax filings, and a 24/7 on‑call contact with a one‑hour response requirement plus annual fire/building inspections. No numeric license caps are stated, and online GovOS tools and explicit standards reduce compliance uncertainty for investors.
