Generally Investor friendly
STRs appear permitted under Alaska state law with minimal requirements (only $50/year business license, no statewide bans/taxes), but the complete absence of Tok-specific regulations creates uncertainty that requires due diligence with local authorities. While current compliance burden is low, investors must monitor for potential future borough-level restrictions.
